This one is one of the hottest scenes I've ever seen in JAV, mostly because of how extremely fit the woman is. This scene starts after the three militarymen have come inside her multiple times.

They pour lots and lots of water over her naked, white, toned body, which is bound with rope. And that's when the viewer gets a full, good view of her insanely good, hot body Complete with visible smokey abs 🔥. You can literally see her shiny, tomed abs on her stomach.

And then, the three soldiers take turns grabbing her and aggressively kissing her. At this point, she's turned on as well and is reciprocating their kisses by using her tongue and lips as much as she can while kissing the three men.

in the end, after the three men have kissed her to their heart's content, they leave her, still bound by the rope, and letting out silent moans.

The climax of ADN-136.

For the entirety of the film, the attacker has his way with Mao Kurata in different rooms, a few times even in front of her tied and chloroformed husband. At one point, her husband wakes up and sees his wife is enjoying the sexual assault. She sees that he's woken up and tries to tell him she isn't enjoying the assault. But the damage has been done.

In this final scene, the attacker finishes on Mao and grabs her hand aggressively. He now wants to take her to the bathroom for another session. Outside the room, Mao suddenly stops, much to the surprise of the attacker.

He then asks what happened. Suddenly, Mao pushes him with all her strength. He falls down the stairs behind him and dies in an instant.

Mao then heads back to the room, removes her husband's gag, and repeatedly says sorry to him for enjoying the assault. Whether he forgives her or not is left in the air.
