I know people claim to have x y z etc nowadays like it’s a badge but I really do have ADD, severe anxiety lol. (Both diagnosed) But I suspect I have CPTSD, and maybe autism??? I know I’ve probably got PME or PMDD because my periods are amplified by the cptsd I suspect I have. Idk I think I’m in autism burnout possibly. I’m always in fight/flight/fawn/freeze/collapse/shutdown.
