I know we all share the same goals of growing length/girth or both, but I really feel like I need to share one of my dating experience that left me very sad and confused.

We all hear stuff like " go big or go home "

I was completely wrong about hanging [my sincere apology] 🫑🀭

I made a post about the fact that hanging made me lose a bit of girth for few months..

Actually I think it is just because I had the wrong technique and also the wrong approach.

I was using a vac cup hanger and had issues with EQ and girth because I think that I was using way too heavy weights for a vac hanger and for my level of experience.

My theory is that the excessive pressure on the delicate nerves inside my glans is probably the main reason for all the negative indicators I had so far. Similar to some jelqing injuries It probably took me a couple months to heal and come back to my original size.

The other day I tried a compression hanger for the first time with the right position after following a tutorial.

I hung for 30 minutes with medium weights and my overall PP size was bigger for at least a day. So yeah, only one training of 30 minutes and a big positive indicator...

Now I guess that i'll have to change all my routine again and def hang a couple times a week to see how it goes.

I just wanted to apologize to this community and all the people hanging out there ( specially compression hanging ).

I am still learning on a daily basis and I am confused so I will keep y'all updated if I gain length or girth in the next months with this technique.

Hello everyone on gettingbigger!

I am not here to warn you against any PE techniques or tell you what to do instead, but I really want to share my own experience with genital weightlifting (hanging) and other techniques.

I started PE in 2022 and had zero length gains. I tried every hanging routines possible and followed all the safety guidelines with the principles of progressive overload and size retention with silicone sleeves and extenders at very low tension after my hanging sessions and zero permanent gains.

I started at very low weights and almost immediately had negative indicators.

I believe that some people like me should never attempt to hang weights from their dicks for the simple reason that everyone is different and may not react the same to that kind of traction.

A couple questions you need to ask yourself and to prove my point:

1- Why some people simply can't use an air pump and need to do water pumping for comfort issues instead?

2- Why some people don't gain with clamping, but easily gain with pumping or the other way around ?

3- Why some people can easily have lymphatic issues with pumping when other can overpump and never have problems like lymphangiosclerosis and stuff like that?

The positive indicators I had from hanging:

1- Nice temporary post workout elongation.

2- I felt like I was getting a bit longer after 6 months

The negative indicators I had from hanging:

1- My erection felt uncomfortable and numb

2- If I didn't use an extender for many hours after the session my penis was insanely turtling and I felt like I was even shorter in the days after.

3- I temporarily lost some girth. Yup no lies for 6 months I felt like I was starting to really gain length (I was 0.5 cm longer for a while) , but despite my girth routine I lost half an inch in girth.

So In that 6 months period I went from 18 cm in length to 18.5, but my girth went down from 5.5 midshaft to 5.2 and even 5 the days my penis felt super numb after hanging.

I don't care what people think and if they say it's probably just EQ, my wife noticed and I felt super anxious about it so the hanger in the trash bin now.

I believe hanging is still probably the best length technique for most people, but my advice for newbies who are just starting their journey would be to start very slow and immediately stop increasing the weights or the time under tension if they feel numbness or if they are losing girth.

I believe that I may have made the mistake of positionning the hanger a bit too close to my glans one session and probably hurt some nerves (the reason why I felt numb).

I have no idea why I lost girth when for many years some people online are reporting girth gains from hanging too...

[[ My routine today and what works for me ]]

I do manual stretches as a warm up around 20 minutes and my main exercice is pumping.

I do 4 to 5 sets of 10 minutes with a pump at medium pressure on the days I really want to push it, but normally do interval pumping for 15 minutes and finish with 1 or 2 sets of 5 to 10 minutes.

When I am super horny and feel like I can do more I use a cock ring for 10 minutes after and it holds the pump a bit longer.

The funniest thing with my situation is that I have the same temporary length gain I had with hanging right after pumping (0.5cm) and for me it's way more fun to just pump it up and call it a day. 🀑

The girth is slowly increasing too, but I am careful not to generate too much edema...

I heard some people start to have crazy edema after 30 minutes, I start to have it after 45 to an hour so no problem here. EQ is awesome and temporary girth too, that thing feels huge and heavy.

I also clamp when I feel like doing other stuff and want to confuse my pencil.

At this point I don't care that much if the gains are not fully permanent since the temporary size is really significant and can last for a whole day in my case. πŸ˜„

Good luck to you for your PE journey. I really wish you all to find what works best for you and to also have permanent gains.

I don't believe people who claim more than 1 inch gain in length. There is a physiological limit on how you can stretch your ligament and build extra skin in that direction. Circumference is different since some people suffer from macrophallism after priapism or other medical issues so that's great news to me.

I am sure that some people it can be one technique in particular and for others it could be to mix stuff that will do best, but at the end of the day we are all here for the same thing. ✌️

I finish my session with a 2 stage pump cylinder. 2.5 x 3.75 so I can pump my cock and my balls at low pressure for 5 to 10 minutes after the main routine.
