Hi guys.

I'm male, mid 30s, living Melbourne Australia. Uncut (foreskin) and recently had my bloods taken and testosterone normal etc. and usually wear boxer briefs or briefs.

I notice that I go about my day like normal and of course throughout the day us being men get horny thoughts pop up during the day etc - well I do anyway. Ie normal appetite for sex and libido etc.

At the end of the day when I go for a shower and change out of my underwear, I tend to mostly notice in the front pouch what looks like precum stains and then when I pull back my foreskin (before showering and without having any wanking etc) it's pretty moist with precum-like looking substance etc.

Just wondering if other men - esp uncut (foreskin intact) - also find they have this too and notice similar in their underwear pouch at the end of the day? And if its my body being overly reactive with producing excessive precum like substances.

Hi all.

I'm usually a no caffeine (ie no coffee, colas, etc) and zero alcohol person. I was never a big caffeine or alcohol consumer, but decided 10 years ago to cut these things out entirely.

Since then I've noticed how my body reacts when on the rare occasion (ie maybe 1 glass of alcohol at a wedding or a single coffee) I do consume and my body reacts more amplified, as I don't have a tolerance for these substances.

Today for example I went to a fancy coffee roasters tour and at the end of the tour I had four small tasting cups (50ml) of expensive coffee types (no milk) - figure it was a rare occasion. That was at 3pm. Now at 2.30am (writing this) I'm wide awake like an owl - even after trying sleepy herbal teas.

Writing this to hear from others about if they also experience the effects of caffeine amplified, as they either never drink caffeine or have no tolerance. And how they manage the after effects.

The situation has reassured to me and validated my choice in being caffeine free for both mental clarity and health.

And how did you know you're bi - versus gay and being curious or being gay? And the narrative around that it's simply gay men being in denial (which is unhelpful for bi guys) and pressuring a binary straight or gay narrative.

My context is I'm mid 30's, male, bisexual, Melbourne - and I explain my bisexuality in terms of being:

- Romantically - intimate and emotionally is the person, moreso than gender. Transcends gender.

- Dating - I've been dating women (ie when using apps and make my bisexuality known), but open to guys.

- Sexually and body attractiveness - Sexually attracted to both the male and female body. For guys it's moreso the masc features - chest and crotch etc. For women it's a nice chest and puss. I'm been intimate with both men and women: for men I usually bottom and like to service. For women it's enjoying them being pleasured.

I do find that guys hooking up is moreso no strings attached and more "guys just hanging out" and having mutual fun. Whereas with women, its moreso the emotional connection that intersects with physicality.
