Back at it!

I am back at it after ~1 year break. Right now, Iโ€™m easing back into things, jelqing, pumping, and all day stretching work.

My current routine is a 10 minute pump session in the morning (with some jelqs before) followed by 4-6 hours in my phalloson forte leg strap, then a 15-30 minute pump session in evening.

Next month, I want to work back into my schedule extending and weight hanging. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ†
