

0.5inch gain in 1 month
So I’ve been on and off in the game for a long time, I’m talking more than a decade now and I’ve been browsing and learning from thunder’s place etc throughout that time. I made my own noose style hanger and did light hanging for a long time but inconsistently many many years ago. I bought my pump in 2021 and recently got a compression hanger which is much more comfortable than the noose for heavier weights. I probably gained about 0.5-1inch total over the course of many years which was more or less inconsistent, although I have tried everything from manuals, to clamping, rings, vacuum hanging etc.
recently I have been most consistent with the pump for once as I never did unless it was for an off chance sexual encounter. I have since went from this picture above to the other one and today I measure around 7.2bpel. I would say there is a little room for error with the measuring consistency and my eq but I have definitely gained in both length and girth. I will continue pumping and hanging and will shoot for 1inch+ in 3 months as a goal.
last note I did and still do get a lot of edema with excess work. I usually build up from every low inhg up to 6, 8, 10 and 12 inhg in intervals for as long as I can. I try to build up at least an hour of solid pumping/hanging work and try to light hang/extend for hours each day nowadays. I used to get many overtraining symptoms in the past and have made almost every mistake in the book too. Again, I’ve been a long time lurker and dabbler but now it’s time to get serious. Appreciate everyones input and inspiratio/motivation, I’m glad PE has come this far and has some decent people in the community too.
