I am going on my first work trip in years.. Historically I used whisper to great effect for quick and easy hookups but whisper is dead now and the replacement apps suck pretty bad as well.

Long story short, I'm going to be in Vegas at the end of the month and I would love to start finding women ahead of time and schedule some fun nights.. Anyone have any suggestions on the best and safest way to do this?
