Any info or experience how most potent opioids interact with buprenorphine? MOR partial-agonist doesnt let full-agonist in MOR so h/oxy/fentanyl have 0 affect with bupre.

But partial-agonist bind affinity on MOR is lot weaker compared to most potent MOR-agonists binding affinity so full-agonist opioid replace bupre so only nitazine bind receptor (they can't both bind?).

Strongest fentanyl or nitazine analogs. I could try with protonitazine but it's not strongest, mainly I want to know pharmacology of this interaction.
