Just asking the hivemind. I had around 7-9 beers (500ml each) over the last 8h, kinda feeling like taking an alprazolam now, wondering what the safe mg range is for now?

I have decent tolerance to alcohol (don't feel very dunk, did have some speed earlier). Is a quarter or half a tablet of alpra alright to take to mellow out and sleep? Any ideas on mg ranges? Very rarely take benzos, so benzo tolerance is low

(I also have ~2mg of bromazepam, is this a safer bet?)

Edit: ok you know what, I've changed my mind. Not worth the risk. Thank you for the warnings/concerns.
