For everybody who hasn't joined the feetfindercommunity subreddit you need to do so. It will keep you informed about updates and give you the opportunity to ask questions directly to ff on their posts.
But here is the text from the post about the custom update.
The buyer sends an offer with a title, description, price they are willing to pay, the type of media they want (photo or video), and the number of images if they choose photo.
The seller can accept or reject the offer. If the seller accepts, the status will change to "Waiting for Payment." At this point the seller should NOT start producing the content yet.
Once the seller has accepted the offer, the status for the buyer will change to "Accepted" and they are asked to pay for the order. Once they pay, the status changes to "Payment Completed" on the buyer side.
Once the buyer has completed the payment, the offer status changes to "Payment Completed" on the seller side and they get the option to upload content and submit the offer. Only at this point should the seller start working on the order, since the payment is now secured and FeetFinder holds on to the payment until the order is completed. Once the content is uploaded by the seller, the status changes to "Pending Review." The seller has 10 days to submit the offer. If they do not submit the content within 10 days, the order gets cancelled and the buyer receives a refund.
The buyer now has 24 hours to accept the offer. Once they accept, the seller gets credited with the payment. Should the buyer not be satisfied with the order within the 24-hour timeframe, they have the option to escalate the offer to customer support. If the buyer does not approve or reject the offer within 24 hours, the order also gets escalated to customer support. Customer support will look at the description of the custom order to decide whether it was fulfilled as agreed, and will either cancel the order and refund the buyer, or approve the order and credit the seller with the payment.
