I've heard and seen some discussion about lemon juice being a potentiator and wondering if this is actually true? If it is, what exactly is it about the lemon juice that causes this to happen? I'm familiar why grapefruit juice can be a potentiator for certain medications because of the CYP3A4 enzyme. Is there something similar happening with the lemon & 7?

On the same topic of lemon, can anybody tell me why the 50mg tabs on oe have such a higher price than the rest of the other flavors? That would be greatly appreciated.
