I was on the couch and feeling tired then I figured instead of hanging out and expending more energy that we should just take a nap instead. There's too much going on and too much to worry about and I think a nap would solve that for the both of us. Let's normalize nap dates and we will recharge for another day.

I can't sleep lately. I don't know what's going on with me but I hope it's not just me and I hope I can help someone get some rest out there. I am just rambling about what could possibly be disrupting my sleep and all of the things I could try to help me fall asleep. Who knows maybe this audio will help someone out there like myself. Anytime someone comes over, I love making something special for them—whether they asked or not. Being a good host just feels right.

So if you (or anyone) were to visit me… I’d have something warm, sweet, and a little indulgent waiting. Right now I’m sharing my favorite way to make the best yummy, soft, gooey chocolate chip cookies.

I made mistakes and did or said some things that were not the nicest. I know at the time I was going through a lot and that's okay. But the last thing I want is for us to end on a sour note.
