What’s one thing you would do differently if you started over?

So I’m 30 and idk how I just discovered that PE was even a doable thing with (alleged) results. I have always been insecure about my length. My girth I found out works for most the girls I’ve been with, my current girl is sore and hurts after we are done, so I’m not looking for a huge gain in that area. I know everyone says to measure length based off BPEL but NBPEL seems the more logical way to do it since it is what every sees and feels, not likely girl is pressing all the way to my bone. So if that’s the case, then 5” rather than 5.5, which is even more concerning for me.i took pics so i can show verified success when it happens.

I just wanted some advice on 1 take away to someone who is just starting their journey. I know there are some lifestyle changes I need to make (lower body fat, cut alcohol, increase sleep, etc), but I just want to make it simple and see what that 1 thing is I should focus on in the first 3 months.
