Most of my life is just work and the restaurant. I wake up early, get home late at night, and because of that I don’t really have much time to go out or build connections the usual way.

Mother’s Day reminded me how special it is to share good food, warmth, and meaningful moments with someone. As a chef, most of my days are spent preparing the restaurant, planning menus, and cooking long hours, so I rarely get time for much of a social life.
