Younger bonding with older men dynamics
So I(20m virgin) have the opportunity to bond with 11 men(youngest is 58, oldest is 74). They have welcomed me to join, but I am unsure of how the dynamic should be.
Given that it would be my first time ever bonding, I assume I should be in a bit more of a learning how to fit in mindset.
But also, given that I will be surrounded by my elders, I also understand that there is much respect that I am to give/show them. I can think of a few ways I can do this, but would love ideas.
How will this affect the dynamic? Does anyone have any thoughts? Anything would be appreciated. Thank you

I understand that since I will be the youngest in the group for probably quite a long time, that expectation of respecting your elders will fall solely on me. I am ok with this, im just trying to see if anyone has any input on how I should act and what to expect. Thanks!
