A divorce where the wife gets custody of the ex husbands balls. Something with a “family jewels clause” that slides under the radar of the husband and his lawyer so he doesn’t realize he’s signing his balls away when they sign the papers and the divorce is finalized - something about making it seem like it’s her getting actual jewelry instead of his family jewels. Maybe they’re tricked easily because it’s an amicable split?
Maybe they have a ballbusting past too when they were a couple to make it fun and why she wants his balls?
When she finally collects, she gives him no choice since he signed (maybe he’d owe her outrageous amounts of money if he doesn’t get neutered?) and she ends up snipping him.
I’d love for them to meet again later and she shows off his little sack as a coin purse and his little nuts as earrings or jewelry
Could even be a two parter because I like when stories visit the eunuch later and kind of rub it in (especially when the balls aren’t destroyed and she still has his manhood as her property). She can be sure to make it known to others that his balls are hers
