I know it's funny asking this here, but I genuinely need some advice.

Several thinks about scat play excite me, namely pushing something out of my bum, and smearing my genitals in something, but after a few amateur attempts and reading up on advice, I realize that I don't want to deal with all the risks to myself and my bathroom piping, and intense prep-work/clean-up just for one session. I also do not like the smell, and would never ever want to eat my own or anybody else's feces.

With that in mind, what cleaner, and less risky, alternatives are there to what I enjoy about solo scat play?
