so I am nine days off fentanyl and 3 days off of methadone and I'm still having horrible body aches hot and cold chills can't relax can't sleep I bought some kratom I don't think it's going to help though any suggestions anybody know how much longer I'm going to be going through these withdrawals I was in extremely heavy user for 10 years
