Why I use a character in there skill the shot in place like full square but when I use it to just select random place

Also why I can clear in one turn ? I can use all skills in one turn but I need like to to go to turn 2 bcs there only one enemy left

Can I make a physical team as I see it better in clearing content

And there any worth buying with powder of hope or better save ?

So I found this team and it quite good it clear most stage in one turn I want to Bulk Liberate do this team can get me to last chapter ? Thx
