Quality sleep while caged

First time posting.. occasionally locked, relatively new to it but being caged now feels safe and comforting to me

I’ve tried occasionally being caged overnight while I sleep - the nocturnal erections truly impact overall sleep quality

I’m also somewhat aware that sleep quality is super important for post-gym recovery and muscle repair, which obviously I want to maximise

Any hot tips? Is it better to only sleep locked when I’m less gym focussed or on my rest day? Or will I get used to it and eventually sleep better while locked?

FWIW, I’m mainly targeting body recomposition, training 6 days (2-3 days reasonably hard, the rest less so.. and 1 rest day)
