We as Talent know $100 isnt a big deal to our bank accounts, so why is it for the companies?? Make it make sense.. (n my favorite part is the Company owner will always have an extreamly nice house, car, director n crew well taken care of, but us?? Yeah fuck us right. How dare we ask for an extra $100 dollars??)

My first award show he had the nerve to say hello to me and I cursed him the fuck out. Of course everyone looked at me like I was crazy. No one cares! The fact he’s violated so many freaking people and yall was up there praising him and crying? Yea I can no longer support u/urbanXawards anymore! At this point I feel like no event is a safe space! And I’m so happy I’m not apart of this bullshit ass industry anymore!
