Hey I just wondering how to make stimulants stronger when high j just used up my last couple adderall and I’m riding the high but I do want it a little bit more intense I don’t wanna smoke weed on it bc my heart rate will get to high any tips please and no bs

My usual dose is 80mgs adderall and I only have 40 left how will it feel if I ate 3-4 tums? Like I really wanna be able to feel it so sm1 pls help I just need to wake up and get moving it’s killing me im gonna go on a week break after this
