I am a mom who loves going to nudist beaches and resorts. I try to exercise, eat well, and stay in shape by exercising 5 times a week. My exercise routine is normally running 3 miles. I only post free content online. Although I am not sure about my hips, I stay confident, positive, and focused on feeling healthy every day, while embracing balance, self-care, and a happy lifestyle.
