If it looks like I’m having the best time in this set, I am. I was literally giggling the whole time. And also sweating, this was a workout. This gif was a vulnerable one maybe one day I will share the one with sound 🙈
Full disclosure My original pun was not as funny, a dear friend came up with this one and gave his blessing to use it 🖤

I couldn’t pick between the two, can you?
Did anyone ask for tits with a side of cheeks? No? Too bad 🥰
It was a steamy one. If you see my shirt in a post tomorrow, no you didn’t 🥰
Happy Monday again so soon?
The trail that I walk on has a stand they sell little treats on the weekend today is homemade rice crispy treats. Now tell me is there anything better than a homemade rice crispy treat I don’t think so. Happy Friday y’all.
Hi all! Thank you so much for welcoming me into this community. I super love this week’s theme. This past Friday I had my 48th blood donation, so 6 gallons! I made a post about it and I loved hearing from all of the people who also donate! Here are some facts I shared the other day, if I can do anything to raise awareness to the need, I sure will. Bonus, you can see my butt 🤭
Despite 62% of the population being eligible, less than 3% to 10% actually donate each year. Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. requires a blood transfusion. Chances are, you know someone who has had a blood/plasma or platelet transfusion. Here are just some of the reasons as to why the need is ever present.
Cancer treatments:
Chemo and/or radiation affects cells in your bone marrow, often leading to low blood cell counts and anemia.
Bone marrow transplants:
Bone marrow transplants destroy the blood making cells and patients will often need transfusions after transplants. The average bone marrow transplant requires 120 units of platelets and approximately 20 units of red blood cells.
Sickle cell anemia:
People born with sickle cell anemia have abnormally “sickle” shaped hemoglobin that do not move freely through blood vessels. When they create a blockage, the lack of oxygen to the tissues creates a pain crises. The red cell sickling and poor oxygen delivery can also cause organ damage. Typical red blood cells live for 90-120 days. Sickle cells only last 10-20 days making it very difficult for the body to keep up with the demand.
Hemophilia:
Hemophilia is a rare disorder in which your blood doesn't clot normally because it lacks sufficient blood-clotting proteins (clotting factors). Plasma is the the yellowish liquid inside your blood that carries proteins to help clot. Hemophiliac patients may need plasma infusions to help their clotting.
AFE:
Amniotic fluid embolism (AFE) is a rare but life threatening pregnancy complication that happens when amniotic fluid, fetal cells, hair, or other debris make their way into your blood.
Most patients will require multiple blood, plasma and platelet transfusions.
Surgery:
Many people who have surgery require blood transfusions. About 1/3 of all heart surgery patients will require a transfusion.
Accident and trauma:
Car accident victims who have suffered massive blood loss can require red blood cell transfusions of 50 pints or more. That’s over 6 gallons of blood.
Severe burn victims require approximately 20 units of plasma during their treatment.
Please, put a face to the need and make the commitment to donate today. ❤️💉❤️
Happy Monday? Is that a thing?
Feets, fingers and fitting this sammich in my mouth. Now I need a nap, who’s ready to cuddle me?
