Hi everyone,

I’m 30 female and based in London, my husband and I are looking for a sperm donor to help us start our family. We’ve been married for a few years, but due to a medical condition, we aren't able to conceive on our own.

After a lot of thought, we know this is the right path for us. It’s been a bit of a heavy time lately with a few setbacks, particularly with my father-in-law being towards the end of his life, but we’re feeling focused and ready to start this journey now.

Our hope is to have 2 or 3 children who are full siblings. Because we’ll be tracking cycles closely and hoping to do this a few times over the next few years, we really need to find someone reliable who is based in or very close to London and has good flexibility during those peak windows.
To be completely direct about what we're looking for:
We need someone in good physical and mental health, with no major hereditary conditions. Beyond that, we just want to find someone who is decent, honest, and communicative.

In terms of dynamics, we are looking for a donor, not a co-parent. My husband and I will be raising the children independently and taking full legal and financial responsibility. We are very happy to share regular updates and photos over the years if you'd like them, but we do need someone who respects our privacy and our decision to parent on our own.
