After my experience I recommend the procedure if you want to enjoy sex to the fullest. It improves hygiene, aesthetics, improves self-esteem, prevents premature ejaculation ...

I would recommend circumcision for boys always before puberty since that way you can enjoy the benefits from the beginning of sexual maturity.
