So I play a new character an oc, if you will. Their quirk is effectively frost, and Ice Ply mixed. They are very shy, but once they get to you, they open up😊 in them of looks they have heterochromia one eye is blue and the other crimson and the sclera is a dark red. Their hair is white with crystal blue highlights. Yes, I'm very aware this is Todoroki coded😅(feel free to pick anyone from the pics above.
