Six Months of Tadalafil: No Significant Penile Skin Growth Rate Increase (So Far)
After taking 5 mg Tadalafil daily for six months I was hopeful that I would see a definite increase in the rate of my penile skin growth. If, for instance, the rate doubled, that would halve the number of years of tugging to reach my goal of total flaccid coverage.
Unfortunately, I have not seen that. Here are the skin growth rates I calculate for the six months I’ve been taking Tadalafil, and the two prior six month periods.
With Tadalafil : 01/30/2026 – 07/30/2026 : 3.20 mm/100 days
No Tadalafil : 07/27/2025 – 01/14/2026 : 1.94 mm/100 days
No Tadalafil : 01/13/2025 - 07/11/2025 : 4.14 mm/100 days
I have made no significant changes in my daily tugging routine for the past two years. I primarily use a TLC Tugger with the elastic attached below my knee, tugging around 12 hours most days at 1 pound of tension. I mix in a Hope Air and/or RIC when I need something stealthier for going out of the house. And I wear a ball stretcher to enhance the stretching of the ventral penile skin.
I have tattooed six dots on the dorsal side of my penis so I can reproducibly measure the same five segments of skin. At the beginning and the middle of the every month I make five measurements over the course of the day using a vernier caliper. I can calculate the average and standard deviation for the day using those measurements. You can look at some of my previous posts to see graphs and dick pics.
Take note of the lower growth rate for the latter half of 2025. I have puzzled over why that rate is lower when my routine has been the same. When I look at graphs of my skin growth I see a pattern of good growth followed by a plateau of slower growth. Perhaps skin growth is correlated with the time of the year, and I grow skin more slowly in the Winter and more rapidly in the Summer. It’s impossible to tease out the factors for a single person. I ache for a well designed study, where comparable groups of men try different techniques. But that ain’t gonna happen in the near future.
I’m glad to share charts and raw numbers to anyone who is interested.
