I get a lot of DMs asking the same thing over and over, so thought it's easier to create a post for it.

First pass -

I create my images with models with good prompt adherance and nsfw concepts.

The only 3 models in my opinion which are good at prompt adherence with nsfw concepts are krea2, grok and ideogram 4. If I want to create anime, at max I will play with anima.

All others suck at prompt adherence. I stopped using grok ever since it became paid, I don't have a subscription now unless someone is willing to sponsor. All my recent generations are mostly krea2 and occasionally ideogram 4. Grok is still the best in my opinion, so either get a paid subscription or invest in decent hardware so that you can do local generation. You can still create decent nsfw content even with moderation.

Second pass -

While the above models are great at prompt adherance and nsfw concepts, they still suck sometimes in realism.

For Realism/ character consistency / add extra nudity

I use klein 9b (edit model), zimage and chroma or a combination of all 3 depending on the concept along with my own character and realism loras to make the initial image more realistic, do character swaps and/or to add more nudity and/or refine private parts.

Video -

I use LTX 2.3 Eros and Wan 2.2

LTX 2.3 eros is good when your image has already all the private parts and the pose and you just want to add motion

Wan 2.2 is good to add new pose motion to your scene.

Hardware -

1. Grok is on cloud

2. All open models I run locally on a 4090 GPU card

3. Runpod is a good option if you don't have hardware

Automation for Gooning -

I started with comfyui but found it extremely hard to goon as it is very time consuming to do all this so once I perfected my workflows, I coded apps to operate everything through mobile where i can just give my text prompt select my character and then just wait for the result. All automation are mostly AI driven I just give a prompt and AI does the rest calling other models, selecting loras etc. This is necessary if you want to generate frequently and enjoy without using your brain all the time.
