Is it normal for just the bottom of the labias to be bruised ?

Post op question :
For the ladies that have gotten wedge technique and had to get extra splits for years, did you notice what you did before hand to cause that ? Exercise , certain movements, poses?

Surgery soon😻
I booked my surgery for next week (yes very soon last minute ) is there anything you’ve learned from your surgery that I should be aware of? I’m getting wedge technique done
-safe amount of labia to cut off when getting
Marked up for surgery to not cut off too much ?
-positions to NOT sleep in after surgery ?
-avoid certain walks/ stairs ?
-tricks or tips you learned from someone’s else’s recovery ?
-apply or to not apply Vaseline after surgery ?
-I know results take time , when did you start seeing somewhat good results 🙂
Anything and everything helps as I’m preparing mentally and physically for this journey 🙏🏻!!

I have a consult in a week with him and I don’t know if I’m overthinking or if he will do fine one me . He charges 4k
