Progress after 1 year - Manual stretches routine
Hey, guys. I'd like to share my progress over the last year.
Stats:
• Starting Point (May 2025): 19 cm BPEL (Bone Pressed Erect Length)
• Current Status (May 2026): 21 cm BPEL
• Total Gained: +2 cm
Phase 1: Initial Trial (Short-term)
• Method: Pumping.
• Duration: 1 month.
• Experience: Discontinued after 30 days to focus on manual work.
Phase 2: Manual Routine (June 2025 – Present)
• Routine: 30 minutes of daily manual stretches.
• Frequency: 3 sessions of 10 minutes throughout the day.
• Technique: Manual stretches using an "OK grip" behind the glans.
• Execution: Straight forward pulls, holding the tension for 10–20 seconds per repetition.
• Results: This method has been highly effective, yielding a 2 cm increase in length over the past year.
Phase 3: Current Transition (The Next Step)
• Observation: While manual exercises are effective, they are becoming physically taxing on the hands and difficult to sustain long-term.
• Adjustment: Moving from manual stretches to a High-Tension Extender.
• Goal: Maintain consistent tension for longer periods with less manual effort and fatigue.
