This Lean is Manipulated by pharmacys to make em How you like. This was pineapple, Yellow Syrup 8.25mg/mL Codeine and 0.75mg/mL prometh. Was great with normal Sprite n surprisely with Guaraná (BR beverage).

Clonazepam around 320mg, in pill and líquid form, venvanse 30mg n 50mg, Codeine 900mg, prometh 500mg n 2 lines of that White White lol (in Brazil its clean, no worries bout fent).

900mg of Codeine + 500mg of promethazine + lots of Clona lol. Its cheaper to buy the pills then the Syrup here, we normally do homebrews. This cost me around 50$ total!!!! Luv Brazillian Pharma 😂♥️🇧🇷💊
