Society had reached a breaking point. Planes were too crowded. Public spaces were too noisy. girls were everywhere making themselves a nuisance! Congress finally had to act and enact new laws. Colloquially they were called the girl packing laws.

Now girls would not be allowed on planes, trains or buses unless they were packed. Packaging was a simple and easy process where they are bound up completely, have their holes stuffed and are then placed into a bag for easy transport. If a girl wasn't needed for a few hours her husband could just package her up. The boss of a busy store that didn't want to bother with a full breakroom could just package up his female employees for their breaks.

There were lots of ways to package. Most houses had an at home packaging kit that was very manual. Stores and colleges tended to have packaging departments with large machines that could package dozens of girls per hour. Airports started to have packaging stores before the TSA checkpoint so the women could be packaged up on site, of course if a family wanted to save money they could just go to a cheap off site place. Some women also started going to fancy designer packaging stores where trendy music played and there were chic couches to sit on while they wait.

The big elephant in the room is how often girls would get lost. The system wasn't exactly perfect and even the best address label could fall off. So it wasn't at all unusual for a girl to be packaged and put onto a bus only to be delivered to a completely different house! Obviously whoever opened her would be in for a delightful surprise. But most of the time the lucky man wouldn't decide to keep her, after having some fun he would package her back up and send her on her way. Girls generally got used to this sort of thing.
