This update adds the new Hardlight UI, interactive work shifts, rebuilt Skill Checks and dice, expanded chastity progression (your penis can shrink now), encounter memory, and a major Victor content expansion - including two Private Time routes and a new Dinner Date. It’s smoother, clearer, more customizable, and packed with new gameplay.
v0.5 puts a much stronger focus on feminisation, hormone progress, and letting the player decide where the MC’s transition goes.

v0.3 is now live for everyone.
This update is a big systems-and-consequences build. The game now does a much better job of letting bad decisions, risky money routes, housing problems, public exposure, prison time, and business ownership feed back into normal play instead of ending in dead stops.
You can lose your apartment, find fallback places to sleep, get arrested, serve time, rebuild your money, buy a small business, meet random people around the city, and progress with the investigation of the lost night.

This update is led by Eva’s romance route, but it also pushes the main story forward and adds the first big pass on sleep, routines, city events, shops, saves, and guidance.
You can take Eva on a mall shopping date, continue into her first sex scene, run The Heist for Takemi’s Volthex lead, set up nighttime routines, meet a new LustFling hookup, and find more small events around Lustline City.

Lustline Utopia v0.2.1 is now available as the new public build.
This update started as a polish patch for v0.2, but it grew into a pretty packed public release: new LustFling routes, new Sera services, optional transition surgery, better first-run guidance, work XP, visual preview upgrades, makeup and custom colors, and a lot of cleanup around body state, special gear, and UI stability.

LustFling is here
The phone now has its first LustFling routes.
Mia is the first expanded profile, built around a more gated route for male-route MCs with feminine presentation. Her scene includes arrival, presentation reactions, staged undressing, paperdoll previews, underwear-state checks, chastity/key handling, an endurance roll, and a final drink/refuse choice before aftercare.
Kendall is the second profile. Her route is broader and more direct: no stat gate, no gender gate, no presentation gate. If the MC is in locked chastity or a belt, they still need to have the key before committing.
Searching and browsing are free. Committing to a fling spends 1 AP, starts the route, and locks LustFling for the rest of the day.
Sera has new specialty experiences
Sera now has two paired paid services at The Lust End.
Male-route MCs can buy the Feminisation Experience for 120 credits. It is a dedicated route where Sera builds a full feminine look, stages the scene through paperdoll and portrait beats, trains Oral and Anal during the route, and advances Feminisation by up to 5 total.
Female-route MCs can buy the Corruption Experience for 100 credits. This is a masked stream setup with temporary collar/leash gear, viewer-tip pressure, up to 5 Corruption, and proper cleanup afterward.
Both services share Sera's once-per-day adult-service lock, respect special gear state, and clean up temporary styling or gear at the end.
CyberClinic transition surgery
CyberClinic now has the first optional male-route transition path.
Body Modifications includes a Genitals branch where a male-route MC can preview and confirm vagina surgery for 5,000 credits once the route has full feminisation, penis anatomy, and no previous transition.
The route no longer requires a feminine-male frame or breasts first. Body frame, chest, genitals, route identity, and face source are treated as separate systems, so the surgery preserves face source, inventory, quests, progress, relationships, saved item sets, routines, history, and gallery state where those are not directly part of the procedure.
Transition preparation is optional. Previewing surgery does not start a quest by itself.
Better guidance for new players
v0.2.1 improves the first-run flow.
Location screens can now show an Objective/Hints row above actions and travel. Objective points to the current quest objective, and clicking it opens Journal to the full text. Hints are grouped gameplay tips covering equipment, training, meters, jobs, NPC menus, time use, mind states, and finding leads.
Early objectives can also highlight useful controls and actions, including Inventory, Kitchen travel, Eat Breakfast, Eva Conversations, workplace leads, Manage Bills, and the phone-buying path.
This should make the first hour smoother without turning the game into a tutorial wall.
Right sidebar previews and quick navigation
Play mode now has a right-side drawer.
It can show separate Ass, Genitals, and Hands previews, with local open/closed preferences remembered after you change them. The Ass preview also has clearer idle motion, and the Genitals/Hands crops are cleaner.
Quick Navigation now includes My Room, Downtown, Neon Mall, The Lust End, The Gutter, and City Map when free travel is allowed. These shortcuts still use normal travel routes, so costs, gates, entry passages, random events, visited flags, and notifications continue to behave normally.
Work XP and job progress
Entry jobs now have their first progression layer.
Femmecat Cafe, Ichiban Warehouse, and Ebis Pawnshop shifts build Work XP toward a first pay-rise milestone. Stats now has a Work tab showing unlocked jobs, tier, XP progress, base pay, effective pay, reward range, shifts worked, and milestone details.
Job result prose no longer hard-codes old pay amounts, so visible reward rows can show the correct payout after pay modifiers apply.
Styling and customization polish
Beauty Atelier and Nail Studio should feel much steadier now.
Hair, makeup, nail length, polish, checkout lines, and Apply buttons should no longer make the salon panel jump around. The color picker is also now an in-game mixer with swatches, custom colors, a hex field, quick chips, hue strip, and saturation/brightness square.
Makeup recolors now work properly for supported grayscale makeup, starting with lips and lipstick. Custom colors also work for recolorable clothing, Beauty Atelier hair and makeup, and Nail Studio polish. These preview immediately, persist through save/load, and render through the same avatar paths as preset colors.
State-aware city flavour
Neon Mall's Window Shop can now notice the current MC.
It can add one short local reflection based on visible state, such as feminine outfit, makeup, feminine-male body frame, high Dominance, high Strength, stress, fatigue, or arousal. If nothing fits, it stays silent.
This is local flavour, not a global popup system. It belongs to the Window Shop beat and stays there.
Fixes and quality-of-life
Player expressions combine more naturally. Mouth expressions can coexist with eye expressions, and eye makeup hides only when an eye expression needs that space.
Plug visuals stay where they belong. Butt-slot plug art now stays in the dedicated Ass preview instead of leaking into front-facing paperdolls, passage animations, or normal clothing try-ons.
Face Surgery previews now match the final face more reliably, including mixed body states.
Stats overlay tabs stay in one steady frame while switching between Stats, Relationships, Work, and Body & History.
Pyjamas no longer block private movement between My Room and Bathroom, while still blocking shared home rooms and outside travel.
Victor's first-bar oral scene media now lines up better with the authored beats, and his live scope has been cleaned back to first encounter plus ambient talk/flirt content.
For returning players
If you are coming from v0.2, your save should keep its progress where possible.
A fresh save is still the cleanest way to see the new first-run Objective/Hints flow, guided highlights, early job progression, LustFling onboarding, and support screen from the start.
Supporter builds
The public build stays free.
Supporters get newer builds four weeks before public release, plus work-in-progress builds while updates are still being developed.
Supporter builds also include Cheat Mode, with player-facing controls for wallet, meters, stats, inventory, time, and relationships.
Supporting also gives access to development posts, WIP previews, polls, feedback channels, and a place to submit ideas while new content is being shaped.

Final note
v0.2.1 is still alpha. There will be bugs, unfinished route ends, rough edges, and balance issues.
But this public build is a strong step forward. LustFling is now playable, Sera has new route-specific services, CyberClinic can complete the first optional transition path, the early game gives clearer direction, and the UI does a better job showing what is happening to your character.
