NYC couple seeking advice
Me (42M) and my wife (40F) are fit, attractive, senior level professionals starting to explore the lifestyle at a pace we’re comfortable with.
After some research, it seems the main swinger clubs like (checkmate, Diamonds, hacienda) are all pretty dated, sleezy, and not very recommended across Reddit. I’ve joined Fetlife recently because so many other people recommend it but I’m still learning how to navigate the site, plus there is so much going on it’s a bit overwhelming.
Hoping to get some recommendations from people in the know.
Kind of places / events we’re looking for!
Option 1: Initially we want a classy, clean, dress code required place where couples playing in public but not swinging is a norm. Eventually we want to swap and play with others in front of each other but not in a hurry to get there.
Option 2: A Club that’s BDSM focused but not a 1-on-1 services place. We want to be social meet people in the community and explore each others fantasies. So a place that puts on BDSM shows and allows the club/bar guests to respectfully observe would be ideal.
We would also prefer some level of screening for entry or membership.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Also interested in meeting other couples that are nice, real, and interested in mentoring a newbie couple, so feel free to reach out if that’s you. Vetting will happen so no single guys please.
