Nobody else noticed it, but we definitely did.

The tiny smiles across the room. The casual touches that lasted a second too long. The way conversations completely changed whenever we were alone together.

Honestly, the secrecy made everything feel ten times more intense.

At first it was harmless jokes and playful teasing.

Then suddenly he was sitting too close, making eye contact too long, and casually asking questions that definitely didn’t feel very straight anymore.

I still don’t know what’s happening, but the tension is unreal.
