So I bought this torch awhile ago as a NBA Phoenix Suns torch, as it was advertised with the skin/design as the logo of the team. After using it for awhile like any other torch the skin started to peel. So me being annoyed I decided to peel it to just have the regular torch/tank showing. A blank colored torch. But while I was peeling it, I noticed something off. It wasn't showing the blank torch, but instead a whole other design. This is what I found under the NBA Suns team skin/design that I was advertised and bought.... Who are these characters? And what anime are they from? Please help
