That's right! We just got confirmed for a release on Steam! As you can see, the game will release there on July 31st. For My Girlfriend's Tapes, I had a very truncated Steam campaign, it was here and then it was gone but it was still a much bigger success than I could have ever imagined. I don't want to do that with this. I want a longer campaign so that I can build up to a much healthier amount of wishlists before we release.
I am also going to have a free demo out on Steam in time for Next Fest next month. If you've played the game so far, you already know what to expect, but I'd love it if you guys gave it a download and spread positive vibes.
Now, what's going to be in the Steam version that you won't be able to get with the next and final version releasing soon on Patreon? Well, I'm going to be adding Steam achievements so that you'll have an incentive to be able to go through and try everything in the game. Secondly, I am going to be adding several new animations to extend out a series of scenes in the game. Then, I'm going to give the dialogue a one over and maybe add stuff where it needs adding or alter what's already there. I am planning on making this a very definitive experience.
Finally, I am going to add in support for the following languages: Spanish, French, Russian, italian, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Arabic, Japanese.
If you want to play the game but speak one of those languages and have held off cause of that, well now's your chance!
