I want to buy my first... toy, maybe?

as the title says I want to buy my first toy I only have a small budget and I still live at home with my family. I have anxiety and I'm hypersexual and I read a while ago regular sexual release helps which I find it does however I've gotten to the point where the old flicking the bean doesn't work as well as it used to and I find internal stimulation (from my own fingers) underwhelming and awkward. As of now it takes me at least an hour to get off and that's with intense rubbing that I'm ngl always leaves me with pain sometimes more pain than pleasure. I've even bled a couple times..

Anyway ive been looking and because my budget is small and I live at home my options are sort of limited. I have found
a) a small easy to hide bullet vibrator that may or may not do the job
b) a rabbit wand that will probably do the job but is harder to hide
c) a mini Hitachi wand that is more powerful than the vibrator but slightly larger
they are all in the same price range and I'm having trouble deciding please help

Just ordered the WhisperBullet
I’ll be finishing college this summer and instead of getting my own place right away, I’m moving back in with my grandparents until I can get on my feet and find a decent job. My parents are divorced and I can’t stand being at either house for too long, my dad’s wife and my mom’s husband both drive me insane.
The only thing stressing me out about moving in with my grandparents is the lack of privacy. I’m not even gonna lie, I masturbate a lot and the toys I’ve used before sounded like actual power tools. There is no way I could relax knowing there’s a chance they’d hear that through the walls. confused about SpareParts Joque
I’m not sure, but it seems impossible to buy directly from SpareParts right now, as their site may be under construction. Anyone know the story on this?
Also, it seems out of stock with most other retailers. The ones who do have it seem to have a model that includes a “cover” over the o-ring, which seems…counterproductive? For example:
