ive heard it can damage the nerves and block blood flow, is that true?
I bought this weight from Amazon and it’s 45 mm. I could maybe go down slightly to 43/42 but if I want to upgrade to a different style weight from the chaingang do these numbers convert over exactly? Or if I order a 42 from chaingang, is it going to fall off me? I ordered this same style in 40 (couldn’t get it on but maybe because I was so new) and in a 50 and it fell off once I moved around. I can work out in this 45, running, jump rope, etc and it stays on, but I wouldn’t be adverse to it being a little tighter. Thoughts?

Been wearing consistently for about 25 days. The Jarrod Johansen guide recommends adding weight after 2 months
Hey guys, any of you tried this aluminum weight? I’m curious how much it weights and how it feels. I am looking for something that I can wear in the pool or when out hiking nude that won’t drag my balls down much but just enough to give a good stretch.

I'm new to stretching I wanna first off start by saying that I plain out just love wearing the jewelry, makes me feel confident and sexy.
My stretcher fits comfortably and I can wear it all day with no issues I even slept with my jewelry last night and I had no issues.
I do feel a thing but of irritation I assume is maybe a bit of chafing but it's not bothersome. I just wanna wear my jewelry all the time I love it.
The problem is I don't wanna make negative progress in stretching my nads. I would like it if they hung down more because they are usually pretty tight. I dont notice any real discomfort.
Can I just leave it on or is it imperative to take breaks ?
Ive (23m) been wearing a stainless steel anchor shackle almost 24/7 for about a month now. It weighs less than 5 oz. But the subtle constant tug is awesome.
Wondered if anyone else had any experience with wearing stuff from Lowe's longterm lol.
When I'm stretching should I feel tension? I put my normal one on and it's fine, no feeling . But if i add my extra one there's a sense of tension. Is that good or bad?
