Hi all, looking for some advice from you all, basically i have retracted on and off for many years but during a long covered stint i started getting recurrent balanitis ive had 4 flare ups that were bad and a couple of others not so bad, ive had multiple creams from the doctors but nothing has helped. The next step i am told is a circumcision but i thought i would try retracting again which has helped my glans but the inner foreskin still gets inflamed and i was hoping some of you might have good methods for airing out the inner foreskin, thanks in advance
