How long can you wear a cock ring for?

Got a stroker toy that surprisingly came with three rubber C rings. I have never used anything like a c ring. They seem pretty straight forward, but would like some advice on the best way put them on, use them, etc. If anyone can dm me to advise, that’d be cool. I’ve looked up certain posts and threads which all seem to be very helpful but rather get more recent info. Thanks fellas.
