Extension grayed out?

I assume I’m just missing a step somewhere, but I can’t seem to activate the extension on my iPad. The extension itself is grayed out. I go Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions and DeniedPixels shows at the top of the list, but it grayed out and I can’t figure out why. Any advice?

Issue with shared control

When trying to use shared control, there is no where for me to put email. A blank page comes up when I go on extension settings for iphone.

can you add punishment feature where you can set. and if you try to turn off the censors before a certain a set time, they give you some sorta punishment somehow
