Jalen had long been an admirer of his coworker Sandra's feet. She always wore designer flats, heels, or wedges to work. Jalen always dreamt of being shrunken down and being at the mercy of Sandra's pristine feet. Jalen was especially fond of her soles and the heels of her feet. Her soles were so long and soft looking. Her heels, so big, round, and never dry or flaky. Jalen dreamt of being sandwiched inbetween Sandra's perfect feet and whichever shoe she might choose for the day.

Jalen decided to take matters into his own hands. He did a lot of research and actually found some preliminary science backing for shrinking experiments the government had already done. Back in the early 80's, the CIA conducted several experiments using various deployment methods with the goal of shrinking existing biological matter. The thought was that a nation of shrunken people would be easier to control than normal sized people. Jalen began to save his money and acquire parts for the "shrink ray". Two years later, Jalen had fully assembled the apparatus and was ready for testing. He tried it out on menial things like a Coke can, milk jug, and a dinner plate. Nothing. Nothing happened. Jalen was incredibly defeated. What did he do wrong?

Jalen decided to test it out on something living. He went to the pet store and got a couple mice. Brought them home and set them up for experimentation. "Fire in the hole" he shouted as he zapped the first mouse with the shrink ray. When the light cleared, it seemed the mouse had completely disappeared. Jalen approach his testing table and peered down at the plate from before. Holy cow! The mouse was there but was sooooo tiny you almost couldn't see it. IT WORKED! Jalen was jumping up and down with joy. Now to sneak into work with it, shrink himself down, and find his way into Sandra's shoe.

Jalen approached the building entry with much anxiety. How would this play out? Would he finally live his fantasy? Would Sandra find out somehow or catch him? His thoughts raced but noise was inaudible over the sound of his pounding heartbeat. Jalen snuck into the bathroom right outside of Sandra's cubicle. He set up the shrink ray and pointed it at himself, slowly pulling the trigger. When the light cleared Jalen felt like he had been transported to another dimension. Jalen wasn't exactly sure how tall he was but estimated is was between 1" and 3" tall. Would he be too big to go unnoticed in Sandra's shoe? Jalen walked for what felt like a decade before finally reaching the cubicle belonging to Sandra. Luckily for him, Sandra was seated at her desk with both of her brown leather open toed heels resting on the floor without Sandra's feet in them.

Jalen made haste over to Sandra's shoes. He could smell the unique scent of leather, sweat, and cherry blossom lotion. Jalen scaled the side of one heel and made his way to the transition from the sole to the heel of the shoe. Jalen was exhausted and lay down on his back staring up, genuinely amazed by his experience. Two years, lots of money, and a ton of sleepless nights had finally brought him here, to this moment in Sandra's shoe... his ultimate fantasy. Jalen then heard someone approach Sandra's desk, asking if she would like to grab lunch. Sandra obliged and before Jalen could move, Sandra's feet had slipped back into her shoes and her foot came crashing down around Jalen (unaware). The initial impact felt like the entire Earth was dropped on Jalen. It happened so quickly and without warning that Jalen barely felt anything. He was there, and in a blip he ceased to exist. Accidently erased from this world without anyone even noticing. At least he got to live his dream, even if only for a mere few seconds.
