Last year I went to Dubai with one of my father’s close business friends. He introduced me to his powerful contact there, a man he jokingly called the “Gatekeeper of Heaven”. When I asked why, both of them laughed. They explained that this man controls access to many beautiful Bollywood actresses who work as high-class escorts in Dubai.

I already knew that some actresses do this kind of work, but when he casually mentioned certain big names, I was truly shocked. What surprised me even more was the huge amounts they charge.

According to him, B-grade and C-grade actresses are more easily available and charge relatively less. But the top and well-known actresses are reserved only for people with very high-level contacts. Even if someone has a lot of money, without the right connection, they won’t be entertained.

My contact manages everything. He arranges their travel, luxury stay, and meetings with rich clients. These actresses come on the pretext of events, parties, or shoots, but their real purpose is to entertain wealthy businessmen, Arabs, and Indians. They charge several lakhs of rupees for one night — sometimes even more for top faces. Some stay for two-three days, others for longer periods.

I was told that in Dubai these actresses behave very differently from their on-screen image. In private villas and hotels, they do whatever the client desires. Many are professional and repeat visitors because the money is excellent and the clients spoil them with luxury.

I did not participate myself. I just listened and observed how the entire system works. My contact showed me the arrangements and shared some stories. It was shocking to realise that actresses whom millions admire are secretly working as escorts here.

Now, whenever I watch Bollywood movies, I remember what I learned on that trip.
