Urgent advice needed. One testicle swollen huge the other normal.
I was ball pumping 2 days ago, new larger tube i can fit my cock and balls in. My balls swell big! Bigger then ever before and to start with I'm super happy about it!
However past 2 days the swelling hasn't gone down at all. On close inspection I realise one of my testicles has swollen huge, like a baseball. Its a bit painful to handle but not much. And has gone kinda hard. And the other ball hasn't swollen at all.
Can you explode your ball while ball pumping? Help needed asap please. Do I need to go to A&E.

Canada Day morning pump.
Going to a pool party and got to make sure I represent.
This might be my personal best. Nearly filling this litre wide mouth mason jar. They’re going to be so heavy. Just loving the dull ache in my balls right now. I’m three hours in at this point. Started in a tube, progressed to a 500ml, then to the litre jar.
