I was diagnosed with prostate cancer 8 years ago and chose to have it surgically removed as my “cure”.  I would learn too late that over 90% of doctors don’t tell their patients that their penis will shrink from the removal. I would need a 50% enlargement to get back to my pre-surgery size again.  That’s why I bought my Pinatubos. They looked like they would make me look bigger when wearing. I’m more than happy with my new look in Pinatubos and the comfort exceeds anything I have ever worn. Thank you. PS I still would like my former size back ;(

I accidentally put a Pinatubo No-Liner Jockstrap on and missed a strap. Got me thinking so I tried it without the straps around my butt and my junk in the pouch. It gave a nice amount of support. Similar to a cocksock I guess. Maybe it would not work for the more endowed, but having some support felt good without the binding leg straps. The junk stayed in the pouch under shorts.
