First the backstory:
You tried jobs that had high profits promised, but all of them were scam, and since you had no degree fromm college or any other school, you were forced to ask me for help. You were homeless. This contract is for (Name), who was in trouble and found help with his sister Madelaine Petsch. With signing this contract you agree to become all hers forever, mesning she has full controlover you. You will do whatever she says and will let her do whatever she wants. A refuse even once leads to a punishment and a escape from this is impossible after signing this contract. Trying to somehow get out of this by blackmail or something more can and will cause life long damage to (Name). Madelaine aswell can choose a person for some time to have full power over you and in that case you aswell have to listen to every word he/she says and let him/her do to you whatever he/she wants.
After signing this contract she instantly made copies of it, uploaded it in the cloud and asked a lawyer friend of hers to look through it. He said it looked fine and approved the contract. After you heard that you started reading it and you were shocked about it. You signed this. Theres no way out now.

As a stranger she does her best to sell her first house of her career, a big one for 400k dollars and really tries hard to not mess up anything, doing everything she can to sell it. If she is your sister she still does everything to sell it to you, because you wanna buy the house, but you are just like a test client even though you buy it, just that its a bit easier for her because you are her brother. But in both plots she wants to do everything to sell this house to you because this will already bring her far in her job career.
