I've used Lovense products consistently for years, but the app has just been getting worse and worse:

- First they put these banner ads at the top that don't go away even if you hit "close forever", and the ads are all lies (saying products are 50% off when they're just the same price they always are).

- Next they try and shove all this AI crap down your throat.

- Now they add a gacha/gambling element where you can "win rewards" by spinning a wheel.

Just keeps shoving more and more deeply unlikeable stuff into the app, and frankly it's a turnoff every time I open it. Even with good products, Lovense is losing my loyalty because of how terrible the app is. Are there any alternatives with clean, ad-free/gambling-free, user-friendly apps?

The Ferri vibrator I ordered came in the mail, and I can't get Spotify to work on the app at all.

I have an iPhone and I did enable the remote app to access music and media, and I was able to login to spotify through the app, but when I try to play songs with the app, the song doesn't play at all (it loads indefinitely) before either returning with an error message or giving me a popup saying "spotify disconnected".

On the rare occasion that the music does actually play, it prompts me back to log in through the spotify app all over again, and once the song is over it won't let me play the next one without the issues I described above (loading, buffering, error message, "spotify disconnected due to inactivity). All the while the vibrator will do Literally Nothing. It'll blink, but it won't vibrate along to any song thats playing, nor will it let me create or save any patterns from the music on spotify.

I can't find any information on troubleshooting this specific problem, so I figured I'd ask on reddit. Has anyone had this problem, is there any way to fix it, or should I just return the toy and ask for a refund?

So my wife has had just a small discrete vibrator I got her a few years ago and she agreed to trying a Lovense and I got her the Lush mini and the dolce. This is a very new thing for us and she’s currently at work, she got off her shift at a hospital at 7 but is still there trying to leave, she’s a dr so it’s not always as simple as my shifts done. I’ve got the kids in bed asleep and have sent her a teasing picture of the side of the toy boxes and maybe some suggestive of my excitement for tonight. After the pictures she said I’m trying to get home to you.

I’m not sure if tonight is the night to try one of these, I think we’re both nervous lol.

The first time you used your app controlled toy were you nervous?
