Hi everyone, my birthday is July 7th and I'm thinking of giving myself the gift of an orchiectomy.

I found a professional doctor and told him personally about my dysphoria and how much I hate my testicles.

He told me he couldn't perform the orchiectomy because, according to the rules and laws of my country, they can't remove healthy organs.

I got even sadder, and it seemed like the doctor was sympathetic.

So he offered to perform the orchiectomy clandestinely.

He told me to find a hotel and that he would bring all his equipment to perform the surgery in the hotel room.

I was really excited that Saturday because I never thought this would happen so soon.

I'm 27 years old, and I've wanted to have my testicles removed since I was 16. My question is: once I have my testicles removed and the wound healed, will it hurt the next day? Is the pain too severe? Can I return to work 24 hours after the surgery? What do you think about my plan to have the surgery done clandestinely? I live in a country where this is still taboo and frowned upon. I need real and honest advice. Thank you for reading.

Healing well here after 13 days

I’m off TRT and I have switched to low dose estradiol. I starting wearing this inverted chastity device as much as possible to help my penis retract. It’s surprisingly comfy accept for when my dick tries to get hard. My hard ons should go away in a couple of weeks once all the testosterone leaves my body and by then I should be able to keep it on full time. Once I get my scrotum removed it will be like it’s not even there.
